Your privacy is important to us. We will use reasonable efforts to safeguard any personal information our users share with us, including encryption.


When We Collect Personal Information.


In general, you may visit our sites without divulging any personally identifiable information (“PII”). TVT uses PII to provide you the services you may request from us, customize your experience on the relevant site, analyze site usage, and to improve our content and product offerings. This information is stored and used by TVT for internal and market research purposes only. All information submitted on TVT websites may be subject to disclosure to others under the Idaho Public Records Act Title 74. TVT will not sell, rent or share personally identifiable information about you with any unaffiliated third party unless we have previously informed you in disclosures or agreements, have been authorized by you, or are required by law, Including the Idaho Public Records Act.* Except as required by law, to comply with legal process, to defend the rights or property of TVT, to protect the safety of other users or the public, or as described above, we do not routinely share information with other parties, including government agencies.
