of treasurevalleytransit.com and any related website and application (collectively,
the “Site”) and are provided by Treasure
Valley Transit Inc., also operating as TVT, Mountain Community Transit,
Mountain Home Community Transit, and Snake River Transit (collectively, “TVT”).
By using the Site or any products or services from TVT, you agree to these
terms of use. Some of TVT’s products or services have additional rules,
policies, and procedures (“Additional Terms”). Where Additional Terms apply to
a product or service, we will make them available to you through your use of
that Product or Service.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use or to modify or
discontinue the products and services provided on the Site at any time. If we
change these Terms of Use, we will give you notice by posting the revised Terms
of Use on the applicable Site. Those changes will go into effect on the
revision date shown in the revised agreement. By continuing to use any Site or
use any product or service from TVT after the revision date, you agree to be
bound by such changes.
Eligibility.
By using this Site, you represent, acknowledge and agree that you are at
least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18
years of age but are at least 13 years old (a “Minor”), that you are
using the Site with the consent of your parent or legal guardian and that you
have received your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the Site and
agree to its Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a Minor, you
hereby agree to bind the Minor to these Terms and to fully indemnify and hold
harmless TVT if the Minor breaches any of these Terms. IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST
13 YEARS OLD, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SITE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER OR SUBMIT
ANY INFORMATION TO TVT OR THE SITE.
TVT reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to

Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TVT, its affiliates, agents,
and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and
all liabilities, claims, expenses and damages, including reasonable attorneys’
fees and costs, arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Site,
or the TVT products or services.
Governing Law.
These Terms of Use will be governed by and interpreted in accordance
with the laws of the State of Idaho without regard to conflict of laws
principles.
Unenforceability.
If any provision of these Terms of Use or any word, phrase, clause,
sentence, or other portion thereof should be held to be unenforceable or
invalid for any reason, then such provision or portion thereof shall be
modified or delete din such manner as to render these Terms of Use legal and
enforceable to the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws.
